  Subaru "Photochops"

With my connection to the Subaru community and love of the distinguished Subaru Brumby from the 1980's, there was a want for a new Brumby. With very little experience in photo editing and with minimal programs to use I went ahead and created this picture to share with the community. Needing to first remove the rear glass and doors then increase the rear end over hang length. I then increased the front doors length and morphed the pillar behind the door glass and patched up the background.

The program used is called Ulead iPhoto Express. It is a very simple program with selection, clone and smudge tools.

From there I received requests to do a series of more Subaru "photochops". Starting with the same concept as the original Brumby shown above but using a Forester as a base platform. With this one there was a lot involved in redrawing the interior.

Another request was of an L series Hatch. The L series models never came in hatch unlike the older MY series Subarus. I shortened the total length of the car, increased the front door length, removed the back doors, increased the angle of the rear hatch and raised the whole car up as to request.
